  • ARE WE ALLOWED TO SUPPLY OUR OWN ALCOHOL AND USE THE FACILITY OF THE TUK TUK?
    • No, only alcohol that is purchased within the package can be consumed and dispensed through the Tuk Tuk.
  • DO YOU SELL ANYTHING OTHER THAN PROSECCO?
    • Yes we do. We also have draft Peroni and Sparkling San Pellegrino.
  • HOW MANY GLASSES ARE INCLUDED WITHIN OUR PACKAGE?
    • Please refer to for all information and prices.
  • WHAT ARE THE OPTIONAL EXTRAS?
    • We have many optional extras that can be added onto your package, from extra Frizzante to extra flute hire. Please refer to our website www.thebubblyboutique.co.uk for more information.
  • ARE THE GLASSES INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE PRICE QUOTED?
    • Yes, we provide disposable 125ml flutes for the Scintillante package as well as pint and half pint disposable glasses for the Bolle E Birra package. Glasses supplied are only for the product consumption from The Bubbly Boutique.
  • DO WE TAKE ALL RUBBISH AWAY?
    • Yes, all rubbish that is related to The Bubbly Boutique will be taken away with us on our departure.
  • WHAT IF THE TUK TUK IS LATE?
    • Please be assured that The Bubbly Boutique will arrive in a good timely manner ready for your fun filled day/evening ahead.
  • WHAT IF IT RAINS?
    • The Bubbly Boutique will continue to serve at your event come Wind, Rain, Sleet, Snow and of course the Sun!
  • HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL TO AN EVENT?
    • We will travel to your location of choice free of charge within 20 miles of the CT4 postcode. The miles travelled after will be charged at 50p per mile.
  • WHAT DO YOU DO WITH ANY LEFT-OVER ALCOHOL THAT WE HAVE NOT USED BUT PAID FOR?
    • The Bubbly Boutique will do our upmost to ensure that all of your drink you have purchased within your package is consumed. No refund will be allocated for any leftover produce.
  • WILL YOU SELL OR PROVIDE ALCOHOL TO ALL OUR GUEST’S?
    • The Bubbly Boutique will not sell or provide alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 years old. Valid ID must be provided.
  • I HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR MY EVENT, ARE YOU ABLE TO DO THIS FOR ME?
    • The Bubbly Boutique will do our upmost to accommodate any special requests that you may have. Please email our events team with your request.
  • DO YOU COVER ALL TYPES OF EVENTS?
    • We sure do. The Bubbly Boutique loves an adventure.
  • IS THE TUK TUK INSURED?
    • Yes, we hold a public liability policy which covers no less than 5 million.
  • ARE WE ABLE TO HIRE THE TUK TUK ONLY?
  • WILL MY VENUE ACCEPT THE TUK TUK?
    • The majority of venues will accommodate our Tuk Tuk, however please double check with your venue.
  • DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PACKAGE?
    • No unfortunately a payment package can not be offered.
  • ARE WE ABLE TO VIEW THE TUK TUK PRIOR TO OUR EVENT?
    • Sure, please get in contact with us to see what event/fair we will be at next for you to pop along and say hi.
  • WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING PROCESS?
    • We take £100 deposit upfront and the remaining balance 8 weeks before your event.
  • DO YOU HAVE ANY EXTRA LIGHTING FOR OUR EVENING EVENT?
    • Although our van is fitted with lights, you will need to check with your venue if additional lighting is required for your needs.
  • DOES YOUR TUK TUK REQUIRE POWER TO RUN?
    • Yes, we run off main electric, however we also do have a portable generator which we can take to events if required.
